Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Control group inclusion criteria: a. myopia greater than -0.5 D, eye axis greater than 21 mm; b; no posterior scleral staphyloma; c. no subjective symptoms of ocular discomfort; d. voluntary participation in the study of this subject, and all subjects signed an informed consent form. 2. Subject inclusion criteria: a. Myopia greater than -0.5 D; b. Posterior scleral staphyloma; c. No subjective symptoms of ocular discomfort; d. Voluntary participation in the study of this subject, and all subjects signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Corneal abnormalities, including corneal pemphigoid, corneal cloudiness, pterygium, etc. 2. Concomitant ocular surface abnormalities such as incomplete eyelid closure, active infectious keratitis, herpes simplex virus keratitis, trigeminal nerve disease, and other conditions known to affect corneal biomechanics. 3. IOP greater than 21 mmHg.
