Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients with PTSD: 1. Age: 16-60 years old; 2. Culture: Primary school graduate or above; 3. Race: Han nationality; 4. Handy: right-handed; 5. Meet the diagnostic criteria for post-traumatic stress disorder in the American Psychiatric Association's Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5); 6. PTSD Diagnostic Scale (CAPS-V) > 45 points; 7. HAMD-17 suicide item (item 3) <= 1 point; 8. The dosage of the combined drug is kept stable for more than four weeks; 9. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent. Inclusion criteria for Normal control: 1. Age: 16-60 years old; 2. Culture: Primary school graduate or above; 3. Race: Han nationality; 4. Handy: Right-handed 5. CAPS < 30; 6. HAMD-17 <= 3 points; 7. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for PTSD subjects: 1. neurological diseases and other serious physical diseases; 2. meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for other mental disorders (schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders, bipolar and related disorders, depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, somatic symptoms and related disorders and other mental disorders); 3. obvious suicidal tendencies at present or in the past 12 months; 4. currently (or within the past 4 weeks) taking sufficient doses of benzodiazepines that may limit the effectiveness of TMS for more than 2 weeks or any dose of antiepileptic, anticonvulsant drugs; 5. have metal implants or any other metal implants that cannot be safely removed so that MRI scans cannot be completed or who have obvious contraindications to TMS; 6. have received rTMS treatment in the past may destroy the blindness of the subjects. Normal control exclusion criteria: 1. Disease history: those with organic brain disease, nervous system disease and severe endocrine or metabolic disease; 2. Any disease of DSM-5 axis I, II, head trauma; history of loss of consciousness; 3. Family history: those with a positive family history of mental illness in two lines and three generations; 4. Treatment history: have taken antipsychotics and antidepressants; used benzodiazepines or other drugs that affect the central nervous system one month before the MRI examination; received continuous drug treatment for six months; 5. Those who do not cooperate with the test or those who cannot complete it effectively; 6. Those with fixed metal dentures, pacemakers or metal prosthetic implants; 7. Color blindness; 8. During pregnancy within 1 year; 9. There is a history of blood transfusion.
