Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with renal calculi include calcium oxalate calculi and uric acid (salt) calculi (whether it is a single type or a comprehensive type of calculi is confirmed by the analysis of stone components after operation. If it is a comprehensive type of calcium oxalate calculi, the calcium oxalate component is required to be > =80%); 2. Patients with recurrent renal calculi (patients with at least two episodes of renal calculi and patients with renal calculi found during follow-up within one year after operation), patients with incidental renal calculi (all other patients with renal calculi); 3. Patients with renal calculi aged 30-60 years were diagnosed by kub, urinary system ultrasound or abdominal CT. All patients underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy or ureteroscopy or surgery; 4. The non kidney stone control group included 60-80 cases of the control group (through social recruitment or the physical examination center of the hospital) aged 30-60 without kidney stones. The abdominal ultrasound examination of the physical examination center of the hospital confirmed that there was no history of renal colic and kidney stones; 5. There should be some differences in the number of sexes in each group (male: female =7:3 is appropriate), so as to facilitate the in-depth analysis and comparison of gender in the later stage; 6. Obtain informed consent from each participant.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-calcium oxalate and uric acid (salt) stones, infectious stones, urinary system abnormalities, hyperthyroidism, hyperparathyroidism, diabetes, liver failure, chronic kidney disease, cancer, history of immune diseases, long-term use of drugs that may cause kidney stones, including calcium, magnesium, potassium and vitamin B6 supplementation; 2. Participants used antibiotics or immunosuppressants within 3 months before sampling; 3. Participants suffered from inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, digestive tract infection, digestive system tumor, dyspepsia, gastrointestinal surgery, diarrhea or constipation within 1 month before sampling; 4. Pregnancy or lactation; 5. Other factors that may affect stone formation or change intestinal flora in participants.
