Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Retrospective study: who met the diagnostic criteria of chronic pancreatitis; Patients aged 0-80 years were admitted to West China Hospital of Sichuan University from 2009 to 2021; 2. Prospective study: Patients aged 0-80 years who had been admitted to West China Hospital of Sichuan University since August 2022 and were newly diagnosed as meeting the diagnostic criteria for chronic pancreatitis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Retrospective study: Incomplete clinical data; First diagnosis of unstable vital signs; 2. Prospective study: Patients who have been diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis and received corresponding treatment in other hospitals before August 1, 2022; Refusal to sign informed consent after informed notification; Patients with pancreatic cancer/diabetes at the time of diagnosis; Patients with unstable vital signs at diagnosis; Unable to follow in the study cohort due to a variety of reasons
