Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. At least 18 years old; 2. The hemodynamics of the patients were stable (mean arterial pressure map > 65mmhg, lactic acid lac = 5 days (including those whose EN is terminated or suspended due to FI within 5 days); 4. The patients and their family members volunteered to be observed and filled in the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and Puerpera; 2. Those who have implemented en before the study; 3. Patients whose en is suspended or suspended due to non-FI reasons such as surgery and special treatment during observation; 4. Burn patients.
