18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lower abdominal or gynecological surgery were ASA physical status I-II; 2. Aged 20-80 years; 3. Under general anesthesia after tracheal intubation; 4. The types of surgery included laparoscopic abdominal surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to any drug used for anesthesia; 2. Pregnancy or lactation; 3. Emergency operation; 4. Patients with long-term use of benzodiazepines or opioids; 5. Patients with chronic pain; 6. Patients with heart, kidney and liver failure; 7. Patients unable to perform pain assessment methods.
