65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative diagnosis of hip fracture or hip/knee arthritis; 2. Hip fixation or hip/knee replacement under spinal anesthesia; 3. Age >=65 years; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists Classification I to III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Schizophrenia, epilepsy, and myasthenia gravis; 2. Inability to read and write or severe visual impairment; 3. Coma, alcohol dependence, and drug addiction; 4. Blind, one eye or both eyes with obvious atrophy, self-reported or evaluated by the investigator with severe cataract, glaucoma, pinkeye, severe inflammation of eye-related tissues, and retinal detachment; 5. Unable to communicate normally as judged by the researcher; 6. Refusal to sign an informed consent form.
