18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA class I or II; 2. Patients aged 18-65 years old undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia; 3. Patients with bmi>40kg/m2 or >35kg/m2 have a basic disease; 4. The score of Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale >= the average level of the same age group, and the patient can recite the English alphabet skillfully; 5. Informed consent of patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Obesity caused by endocrine diseases; 2. Combined with known drug allergies related to this study, serious heart, respiratory, kidney, or liver diseases; 3. Coagulation dysfunction; 4. Mental disorders of consciousness (which may affect pain intervention and evaluation); 5. Use analgesics or receive psychotherapy or chronic pain disease.
