Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients over 65 years old; 2. Scheduled pneumonectomy; 3. Sign the informed consent of the study; 4. ASA anesthesia grade I - III patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has mental diseases or other diseases that cannot be evaluated for delirium; 2. The patient has contraindications to the use of esketamine such as poorly controlled or untreated hypertension and increased intracranial pressure; 3. Have a history of allergy to ketamine or similar drugs; 4. Emergency surgery; 5. Those who participated in other clinical studies or refused to participate in the study.
