Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 20-60 years old; 2. Exploratory depth >=5mm; 3. Exploratory bleeding, attachment loss, X-ray showing alveolar bone absorption, or root bifurcation lesions, tooth loss due to periodontitis, and other aggravating factors;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with systemic diseases (hypertension, diabetes, systemic diseases of the blood, etc.); 2. Women in pregnancy, lactation, medical leave; 3. Local oral radiation therapy; 4. Taking anti-inflammatory drugs or anti-tumor drugs within 3 months before treatment; 5. Suffering from oral and other body tumors; 6. Smoking history and alcoholism, etc.
