50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 50 to 80 years old who are fluent with Chinese speaking and complete the questionnaire survey; 2. Postoperative orthopedic patients; 3. The average scores of NRS (in the range of 0-10) >=3 and <=8; 4. Have abilities to comprehend the whole trial and accomplish all the courses; 5. Participate the trial as a volunteer and willing to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have practice music regularly for any reason within the past 6 months or who have practiced music, listening to music, or attending music activities for nearly half of the year to treat postoperative orthopedic rehabilitation; 2. Have received guided music therapy for postoperative orthopedic rehabilitation within half a year; 3. Have drug and alcohol abuse history; 4. Have other disabling conditions that might confound treatment effects.
