14 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as recurrent anterior shoulder instability; 2. Age between 14-45 years; 3. Glenoid bone loss < 15%; 4. Meeting at least one of the following criteria: (1) Age <= 20 years; (2) Competitive/contact/overhead sports participation; (3) Shoulder hyperlaxity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied with other shoulder diseases, such as rotator cuff tear, nerve injury, osteoarthritis; 2. Previous surgery history (except Bankart repair); 3. Accompanied with severe cardiovascular diseases, infection, immunological diseases; 4. Unwilling to sign informed consent.
