Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 30-70 years old; 2. The diagnosis meets the diagnostic criteria for acute ischemic stroke in the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke 2018; 3. First onset, course of disease 1 week to 6 months; 4. Unilateral limb deviation dysfunction; 5. Vital signs are stable.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe aortic regurgitation, aortic aneurysm, dissecting aneurysm, and ventricular aneurysm; 2. Atrial fibrillation or frequent ventricular premature beats; 3. Severe heart, liver, and kidney dysfunction; 4. Malignant tumor, coagulation dysfunction, deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs, varicose veins of lower limbs, skin ulceration of lower limbs; 5. There were limb dysfunction and limb deformity before onset; 6. Severe cognitive impairment, aphasia, and consciousness disorder; 7. Blood pressure was not controlled (>180/110mmhg); 8. Pregnancy; 9. The study cannot be completed for other reasons.
