Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. During the period from 2010 to 2020, the preoperative evaluation was in line with the absolute and expanded indications of ESD treatment, and the biopsy pathology showed early-stage adenocarcinoma of the cardia and received ESD or surgery; 2. Take EGJ adenocarcinoma as the first primary tumor; 3. The survival status and survival time are clear.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of gastric surgery or a history of receiving antitumor therapy; 2. Those who are confirmed to have lymph node or distant metastasis; 3. Suffering from other primary malignant tumors at the same time, such as lung cancer, liver cancer, breast cancer, etc.; 4. The follow-up time is less than 6 months; 5. Incomplete clinical, endoscopic, and pathological data.
