Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female aged >=35 and = 30s single-lead ECG recordings in the 2022 ESC guidelines for the diagnosis of atrial fibrillation]; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria for heart failure with preserved ejection fraction recommended by the 2014 Chinese Heart Failure Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines: (1) Have typical symptoms; (2) LVEF>=50%; (3) NT-proBNP increased; 4. New York Heart Association (NYHA) cardiac function class I-II patients; 5. Left atrial diameter (LAD)<=40mm, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD)<=55mm; 6. The patient signed the informed consent form and was approved by the hospital ethics committee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hyperthyroidism, severe liver and kidney insufficiency, pulmonary hypertension, and cancer; 2. Patients with valvular disease, dilated cardiomyopathy, severe left ventricular insufficiency, and other structural heart diseases; 3. The patient is pregnant or breastfeeding; 4. Patients with contraindications to anticoagulation and catheter ablation; 5. Patients with left atrial appendage thrombosis 6. Systolic blood pressure <90mmhg, and/or diastolic blood pressure <60mmhg; 7. The life expectancy of the patient does not exceed 2 years; 8. Patients did not complete the one-year follow-up.
