Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The inclusion criteria of the subjects for expert correspondence consultation are as follows: they have 10 years or more professional work experience; Have obtained the corresponding professional and technical titles; Bachelor's degree or higher and education experience; To some extent, I have understood the theme of this letter inquiry -- self-care and professional life quality of critical care nurses; In the early stage of the study, I confirmed that I would voluntarily participate in the expert correspondence questionnaire. 2. The inclusion criteria of qualitative interview and questionnaire survey subjects are as follows: acute and critical care nurses; Aged 20-60; Clear consciousness, can normally answer the questions of the investigator; Understand and voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for expert letter consultation: professional working years less than 10 years; Education experience below undergraduate education; Busy work cannot guarantee the timely reply and validity of the questionnaire. 2. The exclusion criteria of the subjects of the qualitative interview and questionnaire survey were as follows: (1) Visiting nurses and practice nurses in the hospital during the survey; (2) Nurses who did not work in hospitals during the survey period, including nurses who went out for further study, sick maternity leave, personal leave, etc.; (3) Nurses who had been employed for less than 6 months at the time of the survey; (4) Nurses in other departments; (5) Have severe visual, hearing, and language impairment; (6) There are mental disorders and cognitive disorders.
