Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects: patients who underwent gastrointestinal surgery under general anesthesia in Yixing People's Hospital; 2. Age: 60 to 80 years old; 3. ASA classification I-III; 4. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with central nervous system diseases such as Parkinson's, epilepsy, dementia, etc. before surgery; 2. Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 3. Severe uncontrolled hypertension, glaucoma, intracranial hypertension; 4. Low education, slurred speech, unable to communicate normally; 5. Patients with severe postoperative complications and ICU admission; 6. Those who died and lost follow-up within 3 months after operation.
