3 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 3-65 years old, gender unlimited (female non pregnancy); 2. In line with the 2018 diagnostic criteria of the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of ischemic stroke, cerebral infarction was further classified by TOAST classification; 3. No previous history of serious heart disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are unwilling to accept data registration or transthoracic echocardiography contrast echocardiography; 2. Unable to cooperate with the completion of Valsalva mover; 3. Other congenital heart diseases (such as atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect, etc.) were found by transthoracic echocardiography.
