Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 20 years old; 2. Have local registered residence or nonlocal registered residence, and have lived locally for more than 6 months; 3. Informed consent and voluntary participation in the project.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Plan to move or leave in two years.
