Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 3-65 years old, gender unlimited (female nonpregnancy); 2. Patients with epilepsy, migraine, cryptogenic stroke or obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome were included in the disease group, and healthy people with age and sex matching in the community were included in the blank control (no epilepsy, migraine, cryptogenic stroke and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome); 3. No previous history of serious heart disease or other organic central nervous system diseases; 4. Agree to participate in this study, sign informed consent and confidentiality agreement, and improve TTE and ctte examination. PFO-positive people are included in the experimental group, and PFO-negative people are included in the control group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are unwilling to accept data registration or transthoracic echocardiography contrast echocardiography; 2. Unable to cooperate with the completion of Valsalva mover; 3. Other heart diseases (such as atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect, etc.) were found by transthoracic echocardiography.
