Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects were 18 years of age or older; 2. Patients had received the diagnoses of PD according to Movement Disorder Society clinical diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease, and were on stable anti-parkinsonian medication for at least 4 weeks prior to study enrollment and during the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the DSM-IV version of dementia; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia, frontotemporal dementia and other types of dementia; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of Parkinson's superposition syndrome, secondary Parkinson's syndrome and other Parkinson's syndrome; 4. There are systemic diseases such as heart, lung, liver, kidney, blood system and endocrine system that can lead to cognitive impairment; 5. There are aphasia, delirium, disturbance of consciousness and other diseases that affect cognitive evaluation; 6. There were acute or chronic nasal disease and other diseases likely to impede the sense of smell.
