Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; 2. Patients with pulp and periapical disease with closed apical foramen; 3. Gender is not limited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pulp chamber opening, pulptomy or root canal therapy; 2. Immune promise(i.e. using corticosteroids); 3. Infectious disease (such as HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, tuberculosis, BCE or prion); 4. Oral and maxillofacial tumor history; 5. Cancer history in the past two years; 6. History of radiotherapy for head and neck; 7. Tooth mobility >=2; 8. Periodontal pocket depth >=6mm; 9. Opening apical foramen or incomplete apical development; 10. Affected teeth that need piling a post; 11. Vertical or horizontal root fractures below the cemento-enamal junction (CEJ); 12. Adjacent teeth requiring root canal treatment;13.Non-odontogenic facial pain.
