Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years old; 2. Choose to have clinical or pathological diagnosis of vulvar lichen sclerosus or vulvar lichen simplex; 3. There is no evidence of the use of immunosuppressive drugs, chemotherapy, anti-inflammatory drugs, antihistamines Drugs or steroids, or have signs of active vulvar/vaginal infection or hypertension/cardiovascular disease; 4. Willing to participate in this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Biopsy results suggest vulvar cancer or vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia; 2. Acute or active vulvar/vaginal infection or hypertension/cardiovascular disease; 3. Pregnant, lactating, and menstrual women; 4. Before biopsy History of physical therapy or glucocorticoid therapy within 3 months, use of drugs including immunosuppressive drugs, chemotherapy, anti-inflammatory drugs, antihistamines, or steroids within 3 months; 5. Severe underlying diseases Inability to cooperate or tolerate treatment.
