Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hip fracture 2. Age >= 60 years old 3. NRS motor score >= 14

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have contraindications to nerve block; 2. Those who are allergic to the drugs used in this experiment; 3. Those who have a history of hip surgery on the affected side; 4. Those who have mental, language, communication and hearing impairments; 5. Those who refuse to accept nerve blocks.
