Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically suspected chronic heart failure, but no acute myocardial infarction, ventricular aneurysm and other morphological changes affecting the left ventricle; 2. No atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter or severe arrhythmia; 3. There were no hemodynamics and NT proBNP values affected by liver and renal dysfunction and severe anemia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Heart valve disease complicated with moderate or above valve stenosis or insufficiency, which affects the load before and after the heart; 2. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with right ventricular enlargement, affecting ventricular septal motion and myocardial strain; 3. Patients with incomplete display of cardiac cavity or unclear endocardial boundary caused by various reasons.
