Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with primary epithelial ovarian cancer stage III or above confirmed by previous pathological diagnosis; 2) The presence of measurable or assessable lesions according to the relevant standards formulated by the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2014; 3) Clinical remission was achieved after initial treatment with platinum-based chemotherapy, and relapse occurred within 6 months after cessation of chemotherapy; Advanced epithelial ovarian cancer (stage III or above) whose disease is still progressing after receiving more than 2 lines of chemotherapy in relapse treatment; 4) No serious diseases of important organs, able to tolerate chemotherapy, Karnofsky score of 60, and expected survival time of more than half a year; 5) Liver and kidney function and bone marrow function are good
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with other malignant tumors; 2) Patients with neurological diseases; 3) Hepatitis B virus and human papillomavirus infection; 4) Immune deficiency or severe infection; 5) Patients who are unable to communicate effectively, disagree with the study requirements and do not understand the purpose of the study
