18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 18 and 75 years; 2.Diagnosed with gastric carcinoma located in the fundus, upper body, or entire stomach were included; 3.Patients underwent total gastrectomy; 4.Patients underwent total laparoscopic total gastrectomy or laparoscopic-assisted total gastrectomy with esophagojejunostomy; 5.Pathological stage between T1-4aN0-1M0 with negative margin; 6.Preoperative ECOG:0-1; 7.Preoperative ASA:I-III; 8.No mental disease; 9.Able to answer the questionnaire independently; 10.Informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy or lactating women 2.Comorbidities that could influence the quality of life (cardiovascular disease, abnormal renal and liver function disease, coagulation disorder or neuropsychological diseases 3.Active infectious diseases 4.Previous or combined malignancies 5.History of gastric surgery(including ESD or EMMR) 6.Cancer recurrence during follow-up 7.At least 3 months after adjuvant chemotherapy
