Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The size of colorectal lesions was between 20mm and 30mm; 2. Lesions smaller than 20mm, but considered difficult to block EMR due to their location or morphology; Fibrotic mucosal lesions are suspected; And local residual or recurrent lesions after previous treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Colorectal polypoid lesions with a lesion diameter of more than 30mm or early colorectal cancer; 2. White light endoscopy suggested tense and full lesions, JNET3 type and suspected submucosal deep invasion.
