Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study was approved by the ethics committee of the second hospital of Shandong University;all patients or family members signed informed consent,Patients with liver cancer undergoing selective hepatectomy under general anesthesia combined with costal QLB were selected,all of patients used sufentanil for postoperative analgesiathe age raged from 18-75 years,ASA grade I-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative cognitive impairment; history of severe hypertension or heart disease; Liver and kidney dysfunction; Blood system diseases and abnormal bleeding and coagulation; BMI>30kg/m2 Distant organ metastasis; Recent use of antidepressants, sedatives or analgesics; History of previous abdominal surgery; Recent history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy 'intraoperative operation was changed to open operation; In patients undergoing nerve block, there were regional block complications such as puncture site injury, infection and bleeding and local anesthetic poisoning; Failed to complete data collection
