Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged over 50 years old; 2) No history of ocular surgery; 3) The refractive interstitium is transparent; 4) The trabecular meshwork of the functional part beyond 180 degrees cannot be seen under gonioscopy, and the intraocular pressure is normal, cup/disc ratio of < 0.7, difference in the vertical cup/disc ratio of < 0.2 between both eyes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) There is a history of inner eye disease or inner eye surgery; 2) Peripheral anterior iris adhesions secondary to uveitis; 3) The opacity of the refractive interstitium affects the OCT imaging of the anterior segment; 4) Patients who cannot cooperate with the completion of the examination.
