Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who underwent high-resolution esophageal manometry and the manometry type is abnormal; 2) Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant and/or breastfeeding women; 2) Have serious other systemic diseases; 3) Unwilling to accept esophageal manometry; 4) Unwilling to accept follow-up.
