18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute ischaemic stroke as set out in the Chinese Diagnostic Guidelines for Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018; 2. Be older than 18 years and younger than 80 years; 3. An NIHSS score greater than 0 4. First onset and time to onset less than 5 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with previous cerebrovascular disease such as cerebral infarction, cerebral haemorrhage, subarachnoid haemorrhage, etc; 2. Those with severe cardiac insufficiency, pulmonary insufficiency, hepatic or renal insufficiency; 3. Those with severe infectious diseases; 4. Those with a recent history of surgical procedures, pregnancy and poisoning; 5. A history of coagulation disorders or other haematological disorders; 6. A history of various malignant tumours, autoimmune diseases; 7. Those taking anti-platelet aggregation drugs, lipid-lowering medication within 2 weeks of treatment.
