Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign the informed consent before the test, and fully understand the test content, process and possible adverse reactions; 2. Subject 18 years of age and older, both male and female; 3. Diagnosis of HIV infection and tuberculous meningitis in accordance with The Guidelines for DIAGNOSIS and 4. Treatment of AIDS in China (2018 edition) and Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Tuberculosis (2019 Edition); 5. Hiv-1 antibody was positive by ELISA and confirmed by western blot assay; 6. The pathogen confirmed TB positive; 7. No antiretroviral therapy prior to this treatment; 8. No anti-tuberculosis treatment was received before this treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The investigator determines which subjects are not suitable to participate; Patients with pancreatitis; Pregnancy and lactation patients; Patients complicated with mental system diseases; Patients with severe digestive ulcer; Patients with serious heart, liver and kidney function; Now the drug addicts
