Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: >= 29 days - <= 14 years; 2. Course from onset to admission: <= 10 days; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of lobar pneumonia: The diagnosis of lobar pneumonia requires symptoms of respiratory tract infection such as fever and/or coughing with uniform consolidation of one or more segments and one or more lobes of the lung indicated by chest radiographic imaging while pulmonary tuberculosis and space occupying lesions should be excluded; 4. Meet the indications of bronchoscopic alveolar lavage and implemented in accordance with the expert consensus of Chinese pediatric flexible bronchoscopy guidelines of 2018 edition.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to bronchoscopy, such as heart failure, severe arrhythmia, severe pulmonary insufficiency and acute respiratory failure; 2. Patients with other kinds of respiratory diseases, such as hospital acquired pneumonia, foreign body aspiration, pulmonary tuberculosis, bronchial asthma, pulmonary thromboembolism and lung tumor; 3. Patients with other systemic diseases which will affect the diagnosis and treatment process, such as diseases of blood system, rheumatic connective tissue, etc.
