Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Select patients undergoing laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy under elective general anesthesia Asai-ii 2. Age 18-50 3. BMI >= 28 4. Approved by the ethics committee of Chengdu Fifth People's Hospital 5. Agree to participate in the test and sign the written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of lung disease (atelectasis, pleural effusion, pneumothorax, pulmonary bullae, asthma) or history of heart and chest surgery; 2. Abnormal lung function, preoperative chest radiograph; 3. Patients with preoperative oxygen saturation less than 90% (BMI >= 45kg / m^2); 4. The operation time exceeds 3 hours; 5. Patients who cannot tolerate preoperative ultrasound or refuse to participate in this study.
