Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Chlamydia psittaci pneumonia diagnosed in the registration study were included. The basis of diagnosis: clinical manifestations such as fever, cough, expectoration and dyspnea, contact with birds and birds, and Chlamydia psittaci sequence detected by mNGS or tNGS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The prognosis was poor and the expected survival time was less than 24 hours; (2) Less than 18 years old; (3) Pregnant and lactating women; (4) Patients could not have chest CT examination and follow-up; Poor image quality.
