Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-60 years old; (2) According to the criteria of the consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (Beijing, 2018); (3) Disease activity was assessed as mild or in remission according to mayo score (UC) or simplified CDAI score (CD); (4) Patients with IBD were treated only with mesalazine (oral and / or local); (5) Agree to participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Have a history of tumor and abdominal surgery; Have tumor alarm symptoms; (2) Have serious heart, lung, liver, kidney, blood, endocrine system diseases; (3) Those who have a history of drug abuse; (4) Subjects who have participated in clinical trials of other drugs in the last 3 months; (5) Those who used biological agents or glucocorticoids within 6 months; Those who have used azathioprine, methotrexate or other immunosuppressive therapy within 3 months; Those who have used antibiotics or probiotics within 1 month; (6) Subjects considered by the researcher as unsuitable to participate in this study.
