Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Have obtained a doctor's qualification certificate or a nurse's qualification certificate; 2. The working time is more than 1 year; 3. Sign the informed consent, and can cooperate with the whole process to complete this research; 4. Have a smartphone and WeChat app.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Trainee doctor or trainee nurse; 2. Suffering from serious physical diseases; 3. taking psychotropic drugs; 4. Suffered from major traumatic events in the past 6 months; 5. Currently receiving or receiving similar interventions in the past two years, such as relaxation training or cognitive behavioral therapy.
