Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA grade between 18 and 65 years old: 2.Patients with ASA grade I or II were selected, NYHA grade I or II, BMI 18-30kg/m^2; 3.Type of operation: elective non-brain surgery under general anesthesia; 4.The duration of the operation is expected to be at least 1 hour.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffer from mental, nervous system, suspected dementia or memory impairment; 2. Patients with a clear history of central nervous system disease, mental illness and epilepsy; 3. Patients with impaired language communication, hearing and vision, unable to complete the evaluation of autonomic nervous function; 4.Critical condition (ASAIV grade or above), severe liver and kidney disease; 5.Take drugs that affect the autonomic nervous system (including ß-blockers, cardiotonic glycosides); 6. History of allergy to general and local anesthetics, drug and alcohol abuse; 7. Refusing to be included in clinical observation.
