Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Spastic hemiplegia of the upper extremity caused by central nerve system injury like stroke, traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy and encephalitis, onset for more than 1 year; 2. Patients who intend to undergo CC7 surgery to improve the function of upper limb; 3. Over 18 years old, no gender restrictions; 4. Good mental condition, able to communicate normally, and able to walk independently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe systemic disease, such as high blood pressure, heart diseases, diabetes, undiagnosed liver disease or disorder (based on serum liver enzyme test results), kidney disease or abnormal kidney function, severe anemia, history of deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism or cerebrovascular accident, cancer; 2. Those who have contraindications to MRI, who are unwilling or unable to accept MRI examination; 3. Recurrent acute bleeding or infarction; 4. Severe contracture or deformity of joints; 5. Patients suffering from severe, untreated neuropsychiatric disorders and cannot communicate normally; 6. Patients or family members request to stop the operation or treatment due to personal reasons.
