60 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing tooth extraction; Age 60 - 80 years old; 18 kg/m2<=BMI<=30kg/m2; ASA class I - III; Patient agrees and signs the informed consent form for clinical research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of nervous system; Patients with liver insufficiency, chronic or acute liver failure; Patients with renal insufficiency, chronic or acute renal failure; Myasthenia gravis patients; Have serious systemic diseases above ASA III; Known allergy to benzodiazepines or local anesthetics; Refuse treatment under sedation; Suspect or have a history of alcohol and drug abuse; Acute tooth extraction such as pericoronitis of wisdom teeth; Participated in other clinical trials in recent three months.
