Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 40 years old; 2. Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent; 3. With one of the following conditions: 1) With 1 or more than 1 risk factor for cerebrovascular diseases, including hypertension, dyslipidaemia, diabetes, atrial fibrillation or valvular heart disease, smoking, overweight or obesity, lack of physical activity, hyperhomocysteinemia, asymptomatic carotid stenosis, sleep apnoea and with a family histroy of stroke/transient ischemic attack; 2) With a history of stroke/transient ischemic attack and stroke; 3) Without any risk factor of cerebrovascular diseases nor a histroy of stroke/transient ischemic attack and stroke.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe cognitive impairments or mental illnesses or conditions which may affect the data collection and study compliance.
