Inclusion criteria: 1. Hip surgery patients 2. Age > 65 3.ASA grade ?- ?

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Glaucoma and hyperthyroidism; 2. Intracranial space occupation and hypertension; 3. Patients who are allergic to the drugs used in this study; 4. Patients with contraindications of surgery and anesthesia; 5. Patients with cognitive dysfunction such as dementia; 6. People with a history of chronic pain.
