Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Subjects were healthy elderly people aged 60-74 years, with scores of Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) >=19; Years of education >=10 years; (2) No impairment of hearing, vision or communication, and no serious physical or mental disease; (3) No obvious cognitive decline;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Have significant cognitive decline, such as: Alzheimer's disease patients (AD); (2) currently undergoing chemotherapy/radiation therapy, hearing, visual or communication disability or difficulty, etc.; (3) There are historical or clinical signs of neurological diseases or mental disorders, such as brain tumors, major depression, schizophrenia, etc.; (4) complicated with serious diseases of heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system. (5) Short-term use of functional items (probiotics or antibiotics) affected the judgment of the results. (6) Failure to eat test samples as required, failure to determine efficacy or incomplete data affecting efficacy or safety judgment
