Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke in traditional Chinese medicine; (3) Patients with balance disorder at the first onset of stroke; (4) Berg score >= 2 points; Among them, severe balance disorder: 3-14 points, moderate balance disorder: 15-27 points, mild balance disorder: 28-40 points; (5) Age 40 ~ 80 years old; (6) The course of disease ranged from 2 weeks to 18 months; (7) Those who have good physical strength and can tolerate completing 40 minutes of training; (8) Sitting balance: >= level 1, can sit alone for >= 20 seconds; (9) At least one side of the upper limb motor function is normal or at least one side of the upper limb Brunnstrom = grade 2; (10) The vital signs of the patient are stable; (11) Those who agree to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Disturbance of consciousness, severe cognitive impairment; (2) Physical strength cannot tolerate 40 minutes of training; (3) Patients with acute diseases of heart, brain, kidney and other organs; (4) Serious mental disorders; (5) Simple MMSE score <= 23 points
