Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Stroke Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years; 2. Diagnosed as ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke; 3. The diagnosis of stroke was according to the 1995 criteria from the 4th Academic Conference on cerebrovascular diseases; 4. Stroke verified by head CT or MRI; 5. Verified to suffer from one or more than one types of functional impairments, including motor, language/speech, cognitive impairments, dysphagia, neurological bladder/bowel, and psychiatric or behavioral symptoms; 6. Be able to cooperate with rehabilitation assessments, treatments and follow-up; 7. Written informed consent obtained from the participant or his/her legal representative(s). (2)Brain injury Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years; 2. Brain injury history; 3. The diagnosis of brain injury verified by head CT or MRI; 4. Verified to suffer from one or more than one types of functional impairments, including motor, language/speech, cognitive impairments, dysphagia, neurological bladder/bowel, and psychiatric or behavioral symptoms; 5. Be able to cooperate with rehabilitation assessments, treatments and follow-up; 6. written informed consent obtained from the participant or his/her legal representative(s). (3)Brain tumor Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years; 2. Diagnosed as brain tumor, verified by imaging and/or pathological examination; 3. Lesions involving brain tissues, verified by CT or MRI; 4. Verified to suffer from one or more than one types of functional impairments, including motor, language/speech, cognitive impairments, dysphagia, neurological bladder/bowel, and psychiatric or behavioral symptoms; 5. Be able to cooperate with rehabilitation assessments, treatments and follow-up; 6. Written informed consent obtained from the participant or his/her legal representative(s).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?not able to cooperate with the assessment and/or treatment due to unconscious; ?unstable vital signs that be not able to accept assessment and/or treatment; ?suffered from uncontrolled non organic psychosis, such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder; ?suffered from vital organ failure which influence the patients health condition more than the brain lesions; ?comorbid other severe neurological disorders, including neurological inflammation, neurological autoimmune disease, neurodegenerative disease, inherited metabolic disease; ? not able to complete the basic course of treatment and/or follow-up.
