20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 20-60 years old; 2. Work at the desk requires long hours; 3.The history of neck pain was more than half a year; 4. In the past six months, the duration of neck pain was at least 30 days; 5. Use computer for no less than 20 hours per week; 6. In addition to neck pain, other parts of the body pain less than 3; 7. Had a bout of neck pain in the past week; 8. Willing to sign informed consent; 9. Can cooperate to complete treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic diseases involving cervical vertebra (e.g. severe rheumatoid arthritis); 2. Previous cervical vertebra trauma; 3. Tumors or inflammatory diseases of bone and joint, bone tuberculosis; 4. Be less than 20 years old or more than 60 years old; 5. Previous history of neck surgery; 6. Other serious systemic diseases, such as hypertension, arrhythmia, etc.; 7. Unwilling to sign informed consent; 8. can not cooperate with the completion of treatment.
