Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.18 years and older 2.Diagnosed with Sepsis or Septic Shock by Sepsis 3.03.Patients was planed to use Shenfu injectionand TCM syndrome differentiation meets the instructions of Shenfu injection. It is used to mainly indicated for Yang Qi collapse syndromes caused by shock, and treat the following symptoms caused by Yang (Qi) deficiency, such as palpitation due to fright or palpitation with distress, dyspnea and cough, stomachache, diarrhea, arthralgia syndrome and so on; 4. Patients or family members agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lying-in woman
