20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who meet the following criteria will be included : (1) women who delivered vaginally; (2) The range of body weight was 45-70kg; (3) ASA grade ? - ?, preoperative cardiopulmonary function without serious abnormalities, no serious complications of other systems; (4) There was no history of local anaesthetic allergy, coagulation dysfunction, infection of puncture point and other contraindications of epidural anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who meet any of the following criteria will be excluded : (1) patients who are allergic to narcotic drugs; (2) patients suffering from serious infectious diseases, diseases of heart, liver, lung and blood system, and severe mental diseases; (3) patients with abnormal immune function; (4) Patients did not cooperate with us.
