Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) For patients with egfr<30ml/min, hemodialysis is planned within half a year, and it is suitable to establish AVF; 2) Patients who have been treated with CVC dialysis or peritoneal dialysis and are to be replaced with AVF scheme, and are considered to be operable by the fistula doctor; 3) Patients with distal AVF failure and need to rebuild fistula; 4) Patients with AVG protocol infection, failure or other reasons who need AVF protocol; 5) 18 to 80 years old, regardless of gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Icg15min retention rate >= 40%; 2) ICG allergy or iodine allergy; 3) Patients who have participated in other clinical trials within 3 months; 4) The researchers think it is not suitable for the selected patients; 5) The patient or guardian is unwilling or unable to provide written informed consent or disobey the follow-up requirements.
